We will cover the basics of website building and step-by-step assembly, using Yahoo!, Google and GoDaddy's website tool sets and your own laptop during class. Fundamental website terminology and processes, including web hosting and domain names, will be explored.
Learn how to conduct a search to find an available domain name for your website and register it. Identify the main purpose of your site, and then select a template and layout to fit your needs. Learn how to easily add graphics and choose design elements such as color schemes and fonts. Find out what widgets are and, if desired, add them!
